Contemporary rural space has witnessed the emergence of new forms of occupation and use of space, a lifestyle in contact with nature and responsible consumption, to deepen sustainability. Based in 3 typologies and associated with the restoration complex already built, Hobbit Village, inspired by the concept of bungalows, creates small blocks where 22 lodgings are connected to a network that associates river beach, restaurants, bike path and local public transport network.
